btNOG 6 – Celebrating 20 Years Of Internet In Bhutan.
btNOG6 will have one day conference followed by 3 workshop tracks. btNOG6 Coord Team circulated the survey to all ICT Professionals in the country to determine its workshop tracks. Unlike past btNOG events, Bhutanese ICT community has selected the following tracks which will be on offer during btNOG6:
1. Network Monitoring and Management
2. Routing and Switching
3. Network Security with packet analysis
Workshop Participants will learn to implement, operate, troubleshoot and support network and its related services based on these subjects. All three workshop tracks will be focused on service providers as well as enterprise campus network operators, i.e. government and corporate offices, academia and private businesses establishments. These courses will be delivered by international experts supported by local resource persons.

Tashi Namgay Resort (TNR) is right opposite to Paro international airport (PBH). Participants can take a right turn while coming from Airport end towards Bondey and drive towards Airport View Point. TNR is located on the right-hand side of the road. Participants travelling from Thimphu can take a left turn from the Bonday bridge and follow the same route.
International participants have a choice of airlines, DrukAir and TashiAir, flying from Singapore, Bangkok, Dhaka, Kathmandu, and 6 airports in India.
International delegates other than Indian and Bangladeshi nationals need to send their completed, signed and scanned visa form with a picture to kjamyang@dit.gov.bt International delegates will also need to pay USD 40 as visa fee upon arrival at Paro International Airport, Bhutan.
